- Type "Regedit" without the quotes in RUN
- Navigate to the following from the left panel
- HKEY_Local_Machine==>Softwares==>Microsoft==> Windows NT==> Current Version ==> Winlogon
- Now in the right panel navigate to Legal Notice Caption and change its value to your required message caption
- Then navigate to LEGAL NOTICE TEXT and change iyt to the required message
